Surj — the Armenian word for coffee, and the room where most of our guests actually start the day. Single-origin espresso, slow breakfast, Yerevan’s most generous power outlets.
The Surj Philosophy
We brew at 93°C.
We open at 07:00.
We close at 23:00.
In sixteen hours of daily service, we run through nine kilos of single-origin beans, forty kilos of bread baked on premises, and one rotating playlist curated by the morning shift — strictly no playlist algorithms.
